Welcome to my cosy shop! All my products are handmade using the technique of applying hot jewellery enamel. I’m glad my pieces find their new owners in distant countries. I hope my jewellery will make you happy.

I accept payments by PAYPAL only. It’s really easy and safe.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact me.

I dispatch your items to the address specified by you. Please make sure you have entered the correct address and phone number. The phone number is required for a courier so that he may contact you. Upon shipping, you will receive the parcel tracking number to your email address.
The parcel is delivered by EMS Express Mail Service directly to your door
Packages sent via EMS are packed very carefully (a cardboard box plus a sturdy jewellery box) to ensure that you receive your product intact.
EMS Express Service also offers parcel insurance. If you are interested in this, please contact me.

Delivery time within Latvia: your order will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
Delivery time to Europe: your order will be delivered in 5-10 business days.
Delivery time to the United States: you will receive your product approximately in 8-14 business days.

Attention: the product will be dispatched only after the bank or PayPal service confirms the transfer of payment!

Customs fees:
I’m sending parcels from Riga, Latvia. Any customs-related fees, import taxes, duties, etc. collected by your government are not included in the cost of products. Please pay attention to it.

How to cancel your order?

It’s rather easy.
Just let us know of your decision by e-mail, and we will contact you and offer a suitable solution.

If you already have made the payment and want to cancel your order, please let us know about it. We must then wait for the amount to be credited to our PayPal account. It usually takes about three to four days. We will begin the refund procedure after that.

How can I return a Product?

My packing is very reliable. But if an incredible thing happened and the product arrives damaged, I’m willing to repair and replace it.
Changed your mind? Received the product, but did not like? Then you need to send it back in its original packaging within three days. I will refund you the cost of the product. Of course, you have to bear all postage.
I try taking pictures of all my products as detailed as possible. Please check them carefully before making a choice.¬†Please note that I will gladly do a refund due to an error that is not mine, so you’ll have to cover all the postage expenses yourself.

Attention: I do not refund items lost or damaged by the post office!
